This stunning "Skyline of Doha," exclusively designed by Studio Inaãra, makes a unique and thoughtful gift for loved ones. Handcrafted from 100% Indian Rosewood (sheesham), it showcases an ancient art form from central India traditionally used for crafting wooden blocks that were used for creating hand-printed fabrics.

This rug has been handwoven in Northern India using the Punja weaving technique. It comprises of 80% wool and 20% cotton.

Inaãra's collection is centered around the exquisite craftsmanship of handwoven Dhurries, each a testament to India's rich textile heritage. Dhurries, akin to kilims, are flat, reversible rugs skillfully crafted from cotton or wool yarn, a tradition that spans many regions across India. In the skilled hands of artisans from northern India, Inaãra's Dhurries come to life, each bearing the mark of meticulous artistry.

The term "Zar" denotes gold, and "Dosi" translates to embroidery. Historically, Zardosi involved the use of gold and silver threads adorned with precious stones. This particular piece, crafted by artisans of Inaãra, showcases intricate work using gold and silver dipped copper threads, enhanced with an array of semi-precious stones like turquoise, emerald, rubies, tiger’s eye, agates and more.
