These pure hardy cotton bedspreads are a work of art and a heritage craft practiced in the Balmer region of Rajasthan. Each patch is crafted with utmost care by the village ladies and then stitched on to the bedspread. Animals and Trees are the most common applique motifs seen in this craft.
